About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants, to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive 'can do' attitude and a helpful approach.

In the role, you'll have the opportunity to experience working across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Great attention to detail with sequence of service

  • Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation.

  • Running a section

  • Communicating with the kitchen;

  • Set up & clearing of tables;

  • Interacting with guests.

With rosters available two weeks in advance, our team's roster allows us to maintain consistency in our work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings weekends.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience working in a fine dining venue within fast-paced food and beverage service.

  • Section waiting experience (desirable)

  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.

  • Current VIC RSA Certificate

  • Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality.

  • The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
