Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team on Saturdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work effectively with all departments.

The successful applicant will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers via the phone and in person, managing the busy customer café, assisting with administrative duties, and maintaining dealership databases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing cash handling and inventory
  • Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives
  • Performing administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments
  • Barista skills an advantage but not essential (training provided)

**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a Receptionist in a professional business environment,
Availability to work every Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm,
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
