About the role

Join the team at Oxford Shop' as a full-time or part-time Sales Executive based at our Adelaide Airport store. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the growth and success of our brand. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  2. Assist customers with product selection and provide tailored recommendations
  3. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  4. Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  5. Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
  6. Support the store manager with various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  6. Passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in fashion and lifestyle trends
