About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team with proven leadership to oversee day-to-day operational management of Infinite Ability ensuring that all services are person-centred and meet the high standard of service delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Core objectives include:

· Monitoring Infinite Ability Day to day operations.

· Establishing and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

· Responsible for rostering programs, timesheet approval, monitoring staff performance, and Participant's Outcome.

· Responsible for obtaining feedback from clients and staff, particularly their views on current service delivery.

· Ensuring culturally appropriate and safe service delivery. Identify staff training needs and arrange appropriate training to make a competent workforce.

· Responsible for Implementation of systems and processes that are efficient, demonstrate agility in responding to client's choice and comply with risk management principles including WH & S.

· Staff management of team leaders/ line Managers who are responsible for the management of Disability services, including performance management.

· Commitment to continuous improvement principles and adherence to the set quality standards.

· Implementation of a range of Assessments that assure safe and quality support of Participants.

· Maintaining relationships with participants, carers, families, and suppliers

You will also provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and training to the line managers to ensure that a high standard of support and care for clients is achieved and a supportive, effective, and positive organizational culture has been maintained.

Other duties:

· Responsible for the hiring of frontline staff with the inclusion of client support

· Create and maintain workplace culture which attracts and retain skilled and experienced staff

Qualifications

· Tertiary Qualification in human services and management experience in a related area

Experience

• Previous experience in management and leadership roles.

Skills & Competencies

· Experience in the development and delivery of services for people with Disabilities.

· Well-developed knowledge of NDIS

· Management leadership capacity, including staff supervision and performance management

· Proven ability to think innovatively, affect change and shape positive culture.

· Extensive experience in the provision of person-centred disability services and a high level of knowledge and understanding of the policy, procedures, and standards pertaining to the provision of Disability services
