Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to maximise product appeal.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
