Lead the Launch of Our Second NSW Store – Store Manager, Warringah MallAdore Beauty is expanding again in New South Wales, and we're looking for a standout leader to bring our newest store to life at Warringah Mall.

This isn't just another retail role. It's a rare opportunity to take the reins of a major store launch, shape an incredible team from day one, and redefine what beauty retail looks and feels like for our growing customer base in the Northern Beaches.

What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll bring the Adore vision to life on the shop floor, lead with impact, and build a culture that's high-performing, inclusive, and full of energy — where both customers and team members feel inspired every day.

  • Recruit, coach and inspire a talented team from the ground up
  • Lead day-to-day operations with confidence and clarity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with energy and heart
  • Own store performance, from sales to stock to team engagement
  • Partner with our HQ team to bring campaigns, events and activations to life
  • Champion culture, safety, and a values-led approach in everything you do

About You

  • You've led a retail team before and loved it. Experience in beauty or fashion retail is a big bonus
  • You're practical, confident, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You know what great looks like when it comes to service, stock, and sales
  • You lead with empathy, energy, and a results mindset
