My Queen Pty Ltd is located in GREENACRE, NSW, Australia and is in the part of the Restaurants and Other Eating Places Industry. My Queen imports and wholesales all sorts of pre-packed food and snacks to local businesses, such as retailer and restaurant, all around NSW and VIC. The company is seeking to hire a full-time experienced Marketing Specialist to fill the position.

Salary package: $ 80K to 100K per annum plus super

Responsibilities:

·      Working with general manager in planning, designing, and implementing advertising policies to support sales objectives and business growth.

·      Advising the management team regarding marketing strategies and campaigns to reach the target market, increasing brand awareness, and boosting sales.

·      Carrying out market research to identify market opportunities for existing and new products.

·      Collecting and analysing data from various digital marketing campaigns and platforms regarding and recommending improvement.

·      Collecting and analysing data, predicting current and future consumer trends, to provide management team with advice for potential demand for new goods.

·      Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.

·      Developing new social media campaigns based on company promotions and industry/social trends, within time and budget constraints.

·      Creating, scheduling, and publishing marketing content to the B2B eCommerce Platform and other social media platforms.

·      Ensuring that all marketing activities are executed as planned, and effectively promoting the products, achieving objectives.

·      Monitoring performance of marketing activities, analysing and reporting to management on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

The successful applicant will have a proven track record working in a marketing role and be a social media expert that is able to create, plan, implement, and review multiple campaigns across different channels.

·      Bachelor's degree or above

·      Experience with Paid Ads/ SEO

·      At least three years' experience in a marketing role

·      Excellent written & verbal communication skills
