We are looking for a
Production Technician
to join our AlbuRx Bulk Operations at Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the
AlbuRx Bulk Supervisor
, you will be responsible for executing daily manufacturing process operations and ensuring that products are manufactured according to established procedures, meeting quality specifications, cost targets, and production schedules.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 2 days a week and fixed term contract until 10 November 2026.
Week 1: Thursday & Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday & Wednesday
You will be working on rotating start times (5:30am, 9:00am & 1:00pm).

Your Role

  • Operate process equipment and automation systems.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions, buffers, and process vessels.
  • Perform filter integrity testing and in-process testing.
  • Assist with CIP (Clean In Place) and facility cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and logbooks.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions when required.
  • Manage inventory of consumables and cleanroom garments.
  • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience working in a process focused or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
  • A proactive team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
