Aseptic Filling Technician

**The Opportunity**

This excellent opportunity is available for a **Aseptic Filling Technician** in manufacturing Privigen Filling department at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to Facility Filling Team Leader you will be responsible to aseptically fill a range of therapeutic plasma products in a safe, GMP compliant and cost-efficient manner. This role is for our morning shift 6:30am - 3:10pm.

**The Role**:

- Perform production activities so the daily and weekly Filling schedules of activities are met in a cost efficient and consistent manner. Ensure that agreed and scheduled time points are met consistently and notify the Filling Team Leader or Coordinator as early as possible if there is any risk of the schedule not being met
- Actively lead and assist trouble shooting of day to day issues
- Identify and support process development and innovation within the manufacturing plant
- Provide support to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with registered conditions and the code of GMP and in a validated state
- Ensure all assigned training and competency modules are completed as required by the position to meet compliance with current CFR, GMP regulations and guidelines
- Support management and quality in timely investigation and closeout of deviations and CAPA’s

**To be successful**:

- Preferred tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience (minimum of VCE qualification)
- Experience in Aseptic Processing
- Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or allied industry involving line management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cGMP
- Diligence and attention to detail is a key attribute for this role
