About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the delivery and development of high-quality Occupational Therapy services across Monash Medical Centre – Clayton, Moorabbin Hospital and Victorian Heart Hospital at Monash Health.
This is a broad leadership role with both clinical and operational scope, offering the opportunity to shape services, influence outcomes, and contribute to system-wide improvement. Responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the strategic and operational leadership across Occupational Therapy services
- Lead a large team of passionate and friendly OTs and AHAs, including 5 direct reports
- Drive service innovation, research translation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure the consistent delivery of evidence-based care across
- Support workforce sustainability through supervision, mentoring, and professional development
- Partner with the Head of Profession and Allied Health leadership to strengthen care delivery across Monash Health
Reporting to the Head of Occupational Therapy, you will playa pivotal role in service planning, operational oversight, and clinical leadership, ensuring patients and families receive safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care.

Qualification and licence requirements include:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Drivers licence (travel between sites required)
