The Opportunity 



This is an opportunity to join Seven as a Programmatic Account Manager and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment during what promises to be an exciting year at Seven. With a market leadership position, you will have the opportunity to work across products and platforms. 



What you'll do: 



Based in Sydney and reporting to the Programmatic Sales Director you will be responsible for: 

  • Driving digital revenue growth across agencies, trade desks, and advertisers by leveraging the full 7Digital programmatic suite (video, display, BVOD). 
  • Overseeing the management, delivery, reporting, and communication of all non-guaranteed programmatic activity. 
  • Building strong relationships with agency trade desks, SSPs, and DSPs alongside 7Digital Sales Managers to maximise 7Digital's impact. 
  • Delivering proactive opportunities in market around Programmatic buying through the lens of Seven Network, driving our agenda in areas like CTV. 
  • Ensuring all internal and external stakeholders across Sydney and potentially other states are aligned to exceed expectations and drive repeat business. 


What you'll bring: 



We're seeking a collaborative, solutions-focused person, with strong analytical and commercial skills. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive - able to build trusted relationships, manage multiple priorities, and confidently navigate the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of digital advertising sales. 



You will also have: 

  • 2+ years Digital Media experience in a publisher, agency trade desk or technology environment, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Ideally 1+ Years in a programmatic role, preferably on the publisher/ sell side. 
  • Experience in packaging data that drives commercial results via client success. 
  • A network of agency, trading desk and brand relationships with a proven track record of influencing key stakeholders. 
  • Digital knowledge across video, display, social, branded content, mobile, data and programmatic, with an understanding of the relative strengths and roles of each. 
  • Good understanding of Industry Standard practices and the working relationships between DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, DMPs.
