Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and administrators to create efficient and scalable applications that enhance business processes and drive exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex and Lightning Components.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Collaborate with other developers to review code, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality standards.
  • Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and/or version control tools, ensuring a controlled and efficient release process.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users and administrator.

Qualifications:

  • Required Certifications - Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is mandatory and experience in Health Cloud and OmniStudio is preferred
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
