We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive innovation and excellence across our Salesforce platforms. If you're passionate about scalable architecture, hands-on development, and mentoring teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions—this is your role. What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
  • Architect and deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Oversee full development lifecycle—design to deployment
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Salesforce technologies
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
  • Expertise in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud
  • Proven leadership in complex Salesforce projects
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Dev II, App/System Architect, and Agentforce Specialist or Innovator
  • Strong CI/CD, DevOps, and integration experience
