As they continue to grow their presence both locally and internationally, they're now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead their next chapter. This isn't a role for someone who wants to hit repeat, it's for a creative thinker ready to bring fresh ideas, shape strategy, and make a genuine impact.

About The Role
This role is responsible to lead the brand strategy and all marketing functions to drive product demand, grow revenue, and expand customer reach. You will own the marketing strategy in-house, working on established brands while also growing a new emerging brand both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and deliver innovative marketing strategies across digital and physical channels to boost brand demand and awareness.
  • Own and optimise the performance of all marketing activities, from paid media and SEO to influencer, CRM, EDM and affiliate channels.
  • Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing in-house marketing team, including content creators and a paid media specialist.
  • Manage and execute a dynamic marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across departments, campaigns, creative and inventory.
  • Drive brand equity and market share through clever partnerships, impactful storytelling, and engaging communication strategies.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and forecasts, track campaign ROI, and ensure best-practice processes are always in play.
  • Continuously improve the website experience (Shopify), using data to boost conversion rates, retention and AOV.
  • Own the entire online storefront — from merchandising and promotional offers to content and product listings.
Background Required:
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, having led a team and worked within industries such as apparel, FMCG, retail or lifestyle.
  • Financial acumen with prior experience managing a marketing budget and forecasting.
  • A passionate leader with demonstrated experience in leading, supporting and developing a small team, including KPI management.
  • Proven ability in managing performance online marketing channels, physical marketing presence and analysis of industry data.
  • Strong digital marketing channel knowledge including social media, email, website (eCommerce a bonus), and analytics.

  • Southern suburbs of Brisbane with on-site parking.
  • Work hours Mon – Thurs 7:30am to 4:00pm and an early 2:00pm finish on Fridays
  • This role is full-time in the office, working closely with the Managing Director and Creative Director.
  • Ideal salary range of $100,000 up to $120,000 base + 12% super
