• Monitor workflows, drive automation opportunities, and support service continuity.
• Manage BAU activities such as classification updates, licensing renewals, and vendor coordination.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client and internal standards.
• Act as the main liaison between delivery teams, engineering, and clients during implementation phases.
• Facilitate troubleshooting, ensuring appropriate resources are engaged for issue resolution.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and prepare reports to inform decisions and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align implementations with business strategy and expectations.
• Monitor delivery-related costs, contribute to budgeting, and implement cost-saving measures.
About You

• 5+ years' experience in service delivery, operations, or product delivery within digital health, data/analytics, or software.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills in dynamic environments.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, operational best practices, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in service management and agile tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) valued.
• Flexible and willing to travel within ANZ as required.
Successful candidates may require satisfactory completion of a general background check, reference check and/or criminal history or police check performed by us.
