We are currently seeking an innovative and driven Product Manger to join our team.

ALLFASTENERS is a commercial construction and infrastructure supplies company that provides high-quality construction fasteners, anchoring systems, tools and fixings. About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in defining a product's long term vision, identifying market opportunities and create strategic plans for future product lines to drive growth and success.driving sales growth. The need to have experience in researching market opportunities, collaboration with stakeholders and developing high-level product roadmaps, rather than the day-to-day execution of product management. Promoting solutions for clients in sectors such as Civil and Commercial Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review product groups - SLOBS
  • Manage Tiered pricing.
  • New products groups/ranges. (set up descriptions, pricing codes etc)
  • Review product group suppliers.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Coordinate between Purchasing, Marketing and Engineering relating to new and existing product range.
  • Report on product performance to Management. (Phocas & NetStock)

About You:

  • Previous history, ideally within the construction or industrial products sector.
  • Strong Knowledge and use of Excel (Formulas, tables, pivots etc).
  • Knowledge of creating dashboards in Power BI.
  • Ability to work between multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Overseas suppliers and branding requirements.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated and results-driven

Advantage Skills:

  • Use of NetSuite, Phocas, NetStock and Power BI is highly regarded
  • Ability to read drawings
