Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major transformation program. This role will partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and communications to drive successful adoption.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop engagement plans to prepare stakeholders for change.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training to support capability uplift.
  • Work closely with project managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts to embed changes.
  • Monitor adoption progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI/ADKAR or similar).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and influence at all levels.
  • Previous experience in government or complex corporate environments highly regarded.
