Commi Chef / Cook

We are looking for a Commi chef /Cook to work Monday to Friday 15/20 hours. 2pm start.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We require an experienced chef / cook to assist our chefs . It will include working in our commercial kitchen with bulk volume food preparation including washing, peeling, chopping, and assisting with general kitchen duties . There is no service. We are a take home food store in Brighton. We require the right person to have excellent knife skills and be fast, clean and efficient.

We are a very busy take home food store with a reputation for quality and consistency. We are looking for an applicant that has had experience and a consistent employment history. There is no chef hierarchy and the environment is friendly and fast paced. There is ample parking.
