**About Us**:
Day Management is a leading influencer talent agency representing top digital creators. We specialise in personalised branding, content strategy, and partnerships for media personalities, creators and influencers. We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our creative team and produce innovative digital assets for a variety of platforms and campaigns.

**Role Overview**:
As a Multimedia Designer, you will plan, design, and create visually compelling digital content across multiple media platforms. From social media campaigns to educational presentations, you’ll develop multimedia projects that resonate with target audiences. You’ll use a variety of tools and technologies to combine static and animated visuals, text, video, and sound into dynamic content that aligns with client goals.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Design**: Plan and design the layout, structure, and overall vision for multimedia projects, including social media content, advertising campaigns, and educational presentations.
- **Content Creation**: Use specialised software to create digital assets (graphics, animations, video, sound) for various platforms, ensuring content is tailored for the intended audience and campaigns
- **Prototyping & Storyboarding**: Develop multimedia prototypes, mock-ups, and storyboards that combine text, images, voice, and video, offering a clear vision for project execution.
- **Technology & Tool Selection**: Research and select the best software, tools, and technologies for multimedia production, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in delivering content.
- **Video Editing & Motion Graphics**: Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, effects, and text overlays to produce polished, engaging videos.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**: Work closely with influencers, talent managers, and the creative team to ensure designs align with brand objectives and platform-specific requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia tools.
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with teams and clients.
- Ability to research and select appropriate tools and technologies for each project.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with influencers or in a talent agency setting.
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific design strategies.
