About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse to join our growing community nursing team. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes and community settings under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support continence management, wound care, medication administration, and holistic wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and personal care in line with care plans and professional standards
  • Support clients with continence management, wound care, and health monitoring
  • Administer medications safely and accurately under RN delegation
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Promote client independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Follow infection control and workplace safety procedures
  • Participate in team meetings, education, and quality improvement initiatives

About You

  • Current Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) registration with AHPRA
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • National Police Check and Working with Children / NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Passion for person-centred community care
  • Experience in continence, wound care, or community nursing (desirable but not essential)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
