Salary Range:
 $70,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation (commensurate with experience)

The Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional 
Enrolled Nurse
 to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our doctors and clinical staff, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, and contributing to the efficient operation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and clinical support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and General Practitioners.
  • Assist with triage, wound management, immunisations, care plans, and health assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and practice guidelines.
  • Conduct patient observations and record accurate clinical documentation.
  • Maintain infection control, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Support health promotion and chronic disease management programs.
  • Conduct outpatient visits and aged care visits where needed.
  • Assist GPs with documentations/applications and letters.
  • Deliver excellent patient communication, empathy, and customer service at all times.

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse qualification).
  • Current AHPRA registration as an 
    Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
    .
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical practice, hospital, or primary care setting (preferred).
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.
  • Knowledge of infection control, immunisations, and chronic disease management will be highly regarded.
