What You'll Do
- Oversee job scheduling, material ordering, and daily workflows
- Ensure all works complies with OH&S, Australian Standards, and NCC requirements
- Track job progress, variations, and timelines to keep projects on budget
- Conduct QA inspections and safety audits
- Keeping accurate daily site records and assisting with project reporting
- Assist Managing Director to coordinating teams of roof plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on-site
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Roof Plumbing Supervisor (Commercial)
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple worksites
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g. Colorbond, klip-lok, box gutters, penetrations, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and hydraulic plans
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- White Card, Working at Heights and valid WA driver's licence
- Familiarity with Procore, SimPRO, or similar project management tools (advantageous not required)
