Qualifications & experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified Roof plumber

• White Card, Working at Heights Certificate

• Own tools for the Roof Plumbing trade

• Valid Australian Driver's License

• EWP ticket (optional but preferred)

• Excellent work ethic and a team player

Key responsibilities:

• Installation: Fabricate and install gutters, downpipes, flashings, and rainwater tanks according to plans and specifications.

• Roofing: Lay and secure roof sheeting and wall cladding on various building types.

• Repairs: Identify and repair leaks, blockages, and other damage to prevent water damage.

• Maintenance: Maintain and repair roof drainage systems, including cleaning gutters and downpipes.

• Reading plans: Study and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the layout and materials needed.

• Material selection: Choose appropriate materials for the project based on the roof type, climate, and client needs.

• Safety and cleanliness: Ensure all work is performed safely, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean worksite.
