Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project plans
Present progress updates to appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis,
Ensure engagements are delivered to scope, on time and on budget,
Proactively manage project change requests to ensure a win: win for Sekuro and the client
Ensure the great client experience we promise is delivered every time.
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across multiple projects.
Develop and maintain partnerships with external resources such as product vendors
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximise resource effectiveness
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
Skills & Experience
Knowledge and skills:
Minimum of 6 years verifiable/transferrable experience as a project manager, or an equivalent role.
Hands-on experience with managing, and successfully delivering IT projects and/or related projects.
Proven success working with technical resources such as IT professionals and cybersecurity engineers, and senior management.
Experience with contemporary project management tools such as Zoho Project (preferred), Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
Previous experience managing Cyber Security engagements and projects of complexity in enterprise organisations.
Able to confidently engage with clients, including their different business and technology stakeholders.
Experience influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders for successful results in line with expectations.
