StretchLab Balgowlah is a leading boutique wellness studio dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated General (Studio) Manager to take ownership of our studio operations, drive membership growth, and lead a passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness or wellness management, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

This role combines leadership, community engagement, and hands-on business management. You'll be responsible for driving membership sales, overseeing daily studio operations, managing and coaching staff, and building strong relationships with members to ensure an exceptional experience every visit.

You'll thrive in this role if you're highly organised, confident in sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your performance and initiative are recognised and rewarded.
