About the Role

As the Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and our shelves remain well-stocked, organised, and inviting. You will help lead, motivate and guide the pharmacy assistant team while working closely with the Retail Manager and Pharmacist in Charge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and product advice
  • Supervise, train, and support pharmacy assistant staff
  • Assist with rostering, task allocation, and daily operational management
  • Maintain excellent merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Process sales, manage stock levels, and handle deliveries
  • Support promotional events and Priceline Sister Club initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and pharmacy regulations
