Sous Chef required for one of Mandurah`s premier restaurants on The Boardwalk Dolphin Quay. The Oyster Bedz is seeking a professional to assist in leading a positive team in a picturesque location.

We are seeking someone with a good nature and an attention to detail to fulfill this position.

We have excellent work conditions as keeping within a professional environment. Payment will be discussed pending application, experience and eligibility.

No early mornings and no late nights.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in handling seafood

  • Attention to detail and food safety

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • A passion for the industry

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times

  • Possess a creative flair with good presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Minimum 10 years' experience preferred
