About the Client

Our client is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management and contracting services business with projects across Queensland and South Australia. They are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for there clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.

What you will be doing:

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Administration Officer - Payroll .

The successful candidate will have previous experience in high volume payroll environment and able to handle a large volume of enquiries. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success. Site based experience in a civil or mining environment is essential for success in this role.

What you will need:

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Previous, high volume payroll data-entry using SAP
  • Demonstrated efficient computer and administration skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous mining or civil industry experience

This role will operate on 5/2 day shift only roster, with camp accommodation supplied if required. This is a Drive in Drive out or Local role
