About the role

Precision Powdercoating is seeking a hardworking Sandblaster and General Workshop to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare metal surfaces for powdercoating
  • Mixing the role with other jobs such as tanking, sanding, hanging and finishing.
  • Ensure a safe and organised work environment by following all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

What we're looking for

  • No previous experience required as training on the job
  • Strong practical and manual skills, with the ability to operate various workshop equipment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the production team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines
