With a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service, we have established ourselves as a go-to destination for Hong Kong cuisine. We take pride in our traditional recipes, using the finest ingredients to create memorable dining moments for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, season, and cook a variety of Hong Kong-style dishes using traditional methods.
  • Portion and present food according to restaurant standards.
  • Manage food preparation for busy service periods while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Store food properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
  • Supervise and train kitchen assistants or junior staff if required.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook (preferably in Chinese/Hong Kong cuisine).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to high standards of food preparation.
  • English, Cantonese or Mandarin speaking preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
