Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.

* Manage calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

* Handle emails, correspondence, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

* Assist with project tracking and follow-ups across design, construction, and finance teams.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring clear and timely communication.

* Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and contract-related files.

* Support in planning, logistics, and event coordination for key company activities.

* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling business and personal matters.

This is an unpaid position. After the three-month internship period, there is an opportunity to transition to a part-time or full-time role based on performance.

Key Requirements

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design software such as CAD and Revit.

* A proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset.

* Experience in construction, architecture, or property development is preferred.
