Baptcare is seeking an experienced and values-driven Quality and Performance Coordinator to support excellence across our Partner in the Community (PITC) program.

About the Role

As the PITC Quality and Performance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance across all areas of our program.

You will:

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Design and deliver professional development and training initiatives for PITC teams.
  • Lead improvement projects aligned with the NDIA Performance Management Framework and Baptcare's Balanced Scorecard.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including NDIA, to enhance service outcomes.
  • Conduct quality audits and provide data-driven insights to inform best practice.

Your expertise will help Baptcare continue to deliver exceptional, person-centred services that make a real difference in the community.

About You

You're a motivated and collaborative professional who thrives on improving systems and empowering others. You bring:

  • Experience in designing and delivering training and professional development programs.
  • Strong understanding of the Disability, Child, Youth, and Family Services sectors and the NDIS.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • A strengths-based, person-centred approach to leadership and engagement.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and at least two years' experience working with people with disability.
