We are a passionate and dedicated disability support service provider committed to empowering individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised **Administrative Officer** to join our dynamic team.
**About the Role**:
The Administrative Officer plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our service. You will be responsible for coordinating with teams, managing staff onboarding, rostering, and providing day-to-day administrative and IT support. You’ll also be involved in staff supervision and performance review processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and support internal teams, including HR, program, and service coordinators
- Manage and maintain staff rosters and shift allocations
- Conduct interviews and support the onboarding of new employees
- Deliver staff inductions and ensure all mandatory documentation is completed
- Monitor and supervise staff performance, and assist in review processes
- Provide general IT and system support to the team
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
- Assist in managing records, reports, and compliance documentation
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident decision-maker with attention to detail
- A supportive team player who is reliable and punctual
- Competence with IT systems and admin tools
- Experience in disability, community, or aged care settings (preferred)
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar admin/coordination role
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- National Police Check
- Working with Vulnerable People Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
