The Opportunity

Are you a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator ready to take the next step in your career? Join our exceptional team of Early Childhood professionals, where you'll be supported, encouraged, and empowered to grow.

As our Educational Leader, you'll be a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, working alongside the Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager (where applicable), and Early Childhood Teacher to lead and champion the National Quality Framework.

You'll collaborate with our Centre Support Team—including Practice and Teacher Partners—to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality education and care for children, families, and the community.

About Us

Spend your days in a beautiful, brand-new, purpose-built centre located on Hardey Road, Cloverdale. Designed with both families and educators in mind, our state-of-the-art environment is conveniently positioned for those living in Cloverdale and surrounding suburbs such as Belmont, Kewdale, Rivervale, Redcliffe, and Ascot.

Our children enjoy inspiring indoor and outdoor play spaces, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology, and a wide range of engaging learning experiences.

At full capacity, our centre caters for up to 96 children and operates from 7:00am to 6:30pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Demonstrated ability in educational program planning and the application of the assessment and planning cycle to each child and the program as a whole.
• Practice in acquiring knowledge and sharing with others.
• Demonstrated ability working as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of early years care, development, and education of children.
• Strong knowledge of the early childhood education and care sector.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas in accessible ways.
• Proficient computer skills, able to use online systems / platforms
• Clear working with children record / police clearance
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis management, asthma management.
