Padbury Education and Child Care Centre is a community-based organisation leading the development of innovative and responsive care for children for over 30 years.

We believe childhood is a magical time to be celebrated. Our Centre prides themselves in providing a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where children can explore, develop and grow. We offer unique, relationship-based programs which allow time for the development of rich connections and learning experiences. Our aim is to inspire and foster confident, lifelong learners who feel connected to their community. Our beautifully designed nature playgrounds set us apart from other services and provide a rich and diverse learning environment.

We are seeking a suitably qualified educators who hold either their Certificate III or Diploma on a casual basis to join our professional, friendly team.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:

  • Appropriate qualifications in Early Childhood (Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • HLTAID004 First Aid Certificate, including certificate and training in the emergency management of anaphylaxis and asthma.
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • To be an innovative, creative, professional educator who has a commitment to delivering quality education and care to children and their families.
