About Child Campus:
Child Campus is a leading provider of early childhood education and care in the Pilbara region. They offer both out-of-school hours care (OSHC) and long-day childcare programs. Key Responsibilities:
Centre Manager / OSHC Coordinator / Lead Educator
• Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the centre and foster a safe, positive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and educational policies and legislation.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Support professional development of staff to achieve team goals.
Educator / Assistant Educator
• Plan and implement educational programs in collaboration with the team.
• Promote children’s health, safety, and wellbeing while maintaining compliance with policies and legislation.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Work cooperatively, ethically, and respectfully with colleagues and families.
Qualifications & Experience:
• ACECQA-approved qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma, or higher).
• First Aid certificate in Education and Care (or obtain within the first week of employment).
• Working with Children Check and Police Clearance required prior to commencement.
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Leadership experience for managerial or lead educator positions.
