About the Role:

As the sole Storeman at our Seven Hills Factory/warehouse, you will play a fundamental role in our NSW Production Team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can prioritise, embraces a proactive, friendly approach, values efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Goods: Coordinate the efficient receipt of goods from suppliers.
  • Dispatching Goods: Organise the seamless and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory.
  • Ensure orderliness/organisation of the warehouse
  • Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading of trucks and the unloading/loading of containers.
  • Manage and oversee delivery schedule runs and inter-company transfers
  • Ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes (direct involvement in picking and packing).
  • Ensure strict compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement new warehousing management and efficiency systems.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a storeman in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift licence is essential.
  • Computer literacy is required.
  • Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System essential.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong willingness to learn, contribute to the team, and follow instructions.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Physically fit and healthy.
