Administration Support Officer
- Permanent Full time | 7.25 hr days | Monday-Friday
- Office based role in Speers Point with onsite parking

About the role:
In this role, you will provide valuable and efficient administrative and customer service support to the Coal Services Health business unit. Your ability to pay attention to detail, be customer-centric, problem-solve, and multi-task will be essential. You will be respectful towards customers and have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines, enabling you to accurately respond to queries and report requests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming client calls and emails
- Processing documents / data entry
- Maintaining accurate information and file management
- Providing general administrative support
- Liaise with customers on a range of business-related matters
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
About you:
Your education, experience and skills will include:
- Cert III in Business Administration (desirable)
- Availability to work a rotating roster (required)
- Previous administration experience (required)
- Ability to work in a team and independently with a focus on customer service excellence
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Friendly and professional outlook combined with a strong work ethic
- Discretion and the ability to keep information confidential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
