Here's What We're Searching For Professionally

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to take direction;
  • Able to work at a fast pace and high turnover environment; and
  • High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.

Here's what we're searching for as an individual:

  • Previous experience in an assistant management position; preferably a club/day lounge;
  • An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals;
  • A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally;
  • Knowledge on beverage menu development;
  • Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met;
  • Availability for Monday-Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts);
  • A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business;
  • Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
  • Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
  • You're someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
