About the Role:

You'll be part of a growing team dedicated to making each dog's day amazing.

As we expand, we're also looking for future leaders — so this role comes with opportunities for progression into a supervisor or managerial position.

Your Responsibilities:


• Supervising and managing group play with safety and care


• Facilitating enrichment activities and structured routines


• Supporting smooth drop-off and pick-up experiences for clients


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene


• Communicating with owners and sending daily updates


• Taking initiative and helping guide new team members


• Assisting in planning and improving daily operations

We're Looking For Someone Who:


• Has experience in dog daycare, kennels, shelters, or animal care


• Requires a minimum of 3 months or less animal care experience


• Shows strong leadership potential and thrives in a team environment


• Must be an Australian permanent resident or have valid work rights


• Is calm under pressure, confident with dogs of all sizes, and quick on their feet


• Is physically fit, positive, and willing to grow with the business


• Is available for weekday shifts (early mornings and afternoons)


• Can work flexible hours within early morning and afternoon timeframes


• Bonus: Qualifications in animal studies or pet first aid are a plus
