About the Role

Join BOQ Group's Group Operations division as a Senior Analyst in Technology Regulatory Compliance & Governance Reporting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Line 1 and Line 2 risk teams, acting as the Secretariat face to various Divisional Risk Committees and engaging with BOQ Executive General Managers and General Management. You'll also help establish and maintain Group RAS Cascaded and Divisional KRIs and develop dashboards in Power BI and the Group's Risk Compliance System (GRC).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Orchestrating and delivering Divisional Risk Committee agendas and providing secretary support, including minute taking and maintaining decision registers.
  • Developing and maintaining Group/Divisional indicator dashboards in Power BI and/or GRC.
  • Leading risk culture initiatives and supporting the implementation of risk frameworks.
  • Supporting risk awareness training and standard operating procedures.
  • Championing BOQ Group values and upholding the Code of Conduct and relevant policies.

About you

You're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships across teams. With experience in operational risk, compliance, or governance, ideally in financial services, you're comfortable navigating complex frameworks and bringing clarity to risk management processes.

You know your way around Power BI and data analytics, and you're passionate about using these skills to support better decision-making. Communication is one of your strengths, whether you're writing reports, presenting to stakeholders or working with colleagues at all levels.

You're organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat. You take pride in driving a positive risk culture, and you're always ready to support and mentor others. Most importantly, you're guided by values like optimism, curiosity, accountability and inclusivity, and you're committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct.
