Quality Manager (12-Month Maternity Leave Cover)

Are you a quality-driven professional ready to lead and inspire? We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across the business
  • Maintain and improve ISO, HACCP and Organic and other certifications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product and process quality
  • Mentor and support the quality team to achieve operational excellence

About You

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior QA/QC role
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 22716, HACCP, GMP)
  • Direct hands-on experience with HACCP certification is essential
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Experience in the essential oils, aroma chemicals, or vegetable oils industry is preferred but not essential.
