THIS OPPORTUNITY

Architecting the Future of Experience - Our ambitious Customer and Employee Experience team is looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to take the lead in designing and implementing our next generation of XM and CX solutions. This is a senior-level position for a hands-on expert who is passionate about leveraging technology to create tangible business value. As the XM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our experience management solutions.

You will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design end-to-end architectures using platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, or custom-built systems and lead the technical execution.
  • Ensure our solutions are not only powerful but also scalable, secure, and fully integrated with our existing systems.
  • Have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies to capture actionable insights that will directly impact our customer and employee satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • A Masterful Communicator and Storyteller
    : You can effortlessly translate complex technical details into compelling business narratives. Your presentation and writing skills are second to none, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence key decisions.
  • A Strategic Thinker with an Eye for Detail:
    You balance big-picture thinking with a meticulous attention to detail. You are highly organized, outcome-driven, and possess strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A Technical Expert in the XM/CX Domain:
    You have extensive experience in Customer Experience (CEX) and are deeply familiar with platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia. Your technical skills are sharp, with proficiency in JavaScript, XML, APIs, and SQL.
  • A Collaborative and Agile Innovator:
    You are a curious, flexible, and committed team player who enjoys the energy of a dynamic and growing environment. You are familiar with agile methodologies and UX principles, and you're not afraid to have a bit of fun along the way.

Key Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Professional certifications in Qualtrics or other XM platforms are a definite plus.
