About the role

We are looking for casual  Production workers with experience, with the possibility of moving to  permanent after a probationary period for the right candidate.

Aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for completing key steps of the production process within assigned stations (bag filling, sealing, packing etc)
  • Site cleaning and general housekeeping duties to reduce waste and potential safety hazards
  • Manual handling as required
  • Flexibility to cover shift work in a 24/5 operation (plus overtime available on weekends); Shift allowance is paid for working afternoon and night shifts
  • Weekend overtime is at double time rates, creating huge earning potential for those willing to put in the hours.

Benefits and perks

Terms and conditions are above Award; 38 hours per week M-F, plus weekend overtime available.  Great team environment, with many long-term employees who take pride in what they do.

Skills and experience

You will have a great work attitude, be skilled at managing your time and be highly reliable. Forklift license and experience is desirable but not essential. You must also be committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and working in a team environment.
