Workfast is seeking hands-on
Precast Production Workers/Trade Assistants
to join our client's precast concrete facilities at
Waterloo and Regency
.

You'll be involved in the production of concrete segments and other precast components for a major infrastructure project.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Crane Operating
  • Production Operating
  • Precast Production
  • Concrete screening
  • Prepare moulds and pour concrete for precast components.
  • Operate and monitor precast production machinery safely.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with moving materials and general site duties.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Shifts & Hours

  • 12 hour shifts
  • Rotating Rosters Day/Night
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Day roster: 7 days on / 4 days off - Approx $4,394 per 7 days
  • Night roster: 7 days on / 3 days off - Approx $4,956 per 7 days

Requirements

  • White Card
  • Current driver's license and reliable transport
  • Forklift tickets
  • Gantry crane tickets
  • Previous experience in precast concrete, manufacturing, or construction preferred
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-focused attitude
