About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team at AMAZING GRACE EARLY LEARNING CENTRE at Railway Estate or North Ward This is a full-time or Part Time position where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in our early learning centres.

Educator Roles - What you'll be doing

• Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs to support children's learning and development
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children in your care
• Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform your teaching practices
• Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
• Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Relevant Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Teacher - Bachelor of Education Degree.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Enthusiasm for creating engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid certification
• Strong work ethics and reliability
