We’re currently seeking an experienced installer to join our dynamic and growing team. If you have hands-on experience with louvre systems, opening roofs, blinds, and awnings — or if you’re an eager and reliable offsider looking to advance your skills in this field — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of louvred systems, opening roofs, blinds, and awnings with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret and execute technical drawings, plans, and specifications to meet architectural standards.
- Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the best installation approach.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with all regulations.
- Provide maintenance, service, and repair for existing systems when required.
- Accurately record materials, time, and tools used during each project.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years carpentry experience or 1+ year installation experience (louvres, roofs, blinds, or awnings).
- Solid understanding of installation methods, materials, and technical best practices.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and capable of working under deadlines.
- Must hold a current driver’s licence and be able to travel between job sites.
- Own tools required.
