About the Company:

Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:

Our particpant is a male who has a traumatic brain injury who requires support 2:1 Monday to Sunday. This role is on a casual on-going basis and commencing immediately.

Shift times:

6:30 am - 2:30 pm

2:30 pm -10:30 pm

Rates

  • Day - $60 per hour
  • Afternoon rate - $66
  • Saturday - $ 84 per hour
  • Sunday - $108 per hour

Duties

  • Assistance with personal care
  • Assistance with domestic tasks
  • Manual handling such as transfers
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting with community access + health and rehab appointments

Skills and experiences

  • Australian Driver Licence
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
  • Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current Yellow Card
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
  • Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
  • Administer medication
