About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves creating, editing, and publishing engaging video content across YouTube and other social media platforms. You'll help grow our online presence by producing content that's visually appealing, on-brand, and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit YouTube videos, shorts, and social clips using provided footage.
  • Create engaging captions, titles, and thumbnails.
  • Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Manage upload schedules and optimize videos for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate on content ideas and strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience editing videos for YouTube or social media.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
  • Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) a plus.
