We are a popular dining venue offering bold, street-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and a supportive team culture. The successful applicant will help lead kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to menu specifications

 Oversee daily kitchen operations and support junior kitchen staff

 Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control

 Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

 Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with OH&S and food safety standards

 Collaborate with the team on menu ideas and improvements

Skills and Experience:

 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)

 Minimum of 1year experience in a similar Chef or Cook role

 Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen procedures

 Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

 Strong time-management and communication skills

 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
